Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Is Past Due Child Support a Dischargable Debt ?

Year before last I filled bankruptcy. A paralegal prepared my papers. However, at the time I did not and do not owe any back child support and have spent $1500.00 on attorney fees trying to fight the LA DA which is a lost cause. Can I refile my bankruptcy papers and add the DA's statements that claim I owe back child support and go back to bankruptcy court and have this debt discharged?
