Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
perjury charge?
I have found that a person has not disclosed a bank account that he had when he filed bankruptcy. He has deliberately not diclosed this to his creditors. I have the balances and account numbers, who do I contact to do an investigation or file perjury charges? The bankruptcy was discharged 1 1/2 months ago.

Re: perjury charge?
You should contact the Trustee in the case, assuming there was one (you don't indicate what chapter was filed) and depending on what the Trustee does, you may want to then contact the US Trustee's Office and provide them with the evidence.
