person collecting judgement after bk discharge

I had a two landlord tenant judgments that was discharged in my chapter a person posing as an attorney collect over the amount when I sold my condo and now is trying to garnishee wages on a debt that has been paid and as a precaution was part of the chapter 7 discharge.

I'm not sure what your question is, but if your facts are accurate and the debt was discharged, then you should take legal action against the creditor for violating the post discharge injunction of 11 USC 524.
