personal loan documentation requirements

When fileing chapter 7. What must the written contract contain for personal loans. (noterised, reciepts of payments, or whatever else) Are personal loans even considered as debts in a bankruptcy.

There are no specific requirements. The debt is just as valid if it is oral or written and all personal loans should be listed on the bankruptcy.
