Post petition mortgage interest accrue
On a first trust deed mortgage on a home that is being sold (with trustee permission) during the bankruptcy, is the creditor entitled and/or authorized to charge and receive interest accrued after the date of filing the petition (post-petition interest and no motion for relief filed)?

Yes, unless it was not the debtor's principal residence and there is no equity in the property.
