Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Post-BK Judgment on debt included in BK

I have a judgment on my credit report that took place two years after that creditor was discharged in my bankruptcy. Can I dispute this with the credit reporting agencies to get it removed, and can I get the judgment vacated?

Thanks.

I would send a notice to the court and the plaintiff's attorney, along with your notice of discharge. Let them carry the burden of vacating the judgment. If that doesn't work, then you would have to file a motion to set aside the default and default judgment, then move to dismiss. That could get costly.
