Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
pro bono bk. I need to keep vehicle. Finance company listed full amount of loan due as if never paid anything. Car value is 8900 $ KBBook. How can I get court to allow me to keep the vehicle and make finance company accept low payment when they won't answer my emails/letters. ?? Also I owe $12000. on original loan amount 2006 Pontiac Torrent. It was purchased 6 years ago for $24000 which is what they want me to pay with fees etc.I am Medically retired and make $1900. a month and get an additional $564 for disability.

Chapter 13 Plan calculator
You need convert to Chapter 13. We can do this without any fee's paid directly by you. You can only keep two cars as it is a joint filing.
