Are property assets exempt from chapter 13 bankruptcy filing and must these assets be reported to court? What if no report made?

A bankruptcy debtor must report all assets and all debts. If they are not reported, a bankruptcy might be denied. In addition, the FBI could investigate bankruptcy crimes, including fraud, and it could lead to criminal prosecution.
