Property Taxes in Bankruptcy
I am filing bankruptcy. Chpt 7. I am 1 year behind now in my property taxes.Can these be included in the bk?If not..do I include them as debtor for court to mail notification?Yes I have a mortgage and not an impound account.

Property taxes are debts owed against the specific property in California. They are, therefore, secured by the property and should be listed as a secured debt against the property.
