Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I am in the prosses of collecting evidence to sue a business that did not withhold child support from an employee's paycheck after years of requests by California cold support department (father of my children). They denied he worked there though there is proof. If they file for bankruptcy before I've filed my suet will I still have a chance to collect?

You would need to file a Proof of Claim in the bankruptcy case. Whether you would collect anything would depend on whether their were any assets for distribution to creditors and whether your claim would survive any objection filed by the Debtor or bankruptcy trustee.
