Dear Sir/Madam, I know there is a 20,000.- limit to make some different for creditors,, what it this limit means, and is it per credit card or total? What, if i spent most of my credit abroad, will creditors detect or search about my spending, can they do any forclosure abroad? What happen if i owe around 50,000.-$ total (not exeed 10,000.- each) i don't plan to file bankruptcy, becouse i don,t have any valuables in USA, but i have abroad. What can or will creditors do in this situation? Thanks a lot your help

Re: more question

Thank you for your posting.

There is not a per-card limit of debt for bankruptcy. There are exemptions, but the total exemptions depend on what you own and some other factors you should discuss with an attorney.

I hope that this information helps, but if you have other questions, or want more information, or even feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. Im happy to help in any way that I can.
