Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Receiving bills after bankruptcy is final

I have continued to receive statements from a creditor 9 years after a bankruptcy discharging the debit. I've tried phone calls/certified letters and (even moving) still receive a statement from them each month.

I'm not sure if you've asked a question or not, but you can file a complaint against the creditor in bankruptcy court for violation of the post-discharge injunction. If you'd like to retain me to assist, please give me a call. Best Regards, Mark
