Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

recently declared banrupcy was discharged have a second mortage can they take my house away if i dont pay that. up to date on my home payments its just my second margage that im having trouble with help

Absolute Law Chapter 7 doesn't void a second mortgage lien even if underwater. However a bank may not choose to foreclose in those circmstances because there would be little to gain.

You need to file under chapte 13 to do a second mortgage lien strip
