Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Relief to stay, bank DOESN'T want vehicle

I filed BK-13 18 months ago. I didn't include my vehicle at the time. Truck broke and its going to cost me over $2000 to fix (which I dont have) I stopped making payments on vehicle& took off insur, they file motion to reposses vehicle, bank came to look at car and has decided they dont want it now because its not cost efficient. They wont release pink so that I can get rid of it. They want me to make an offer, I dont want the car, neither do they. NOW what??

When you say that you didn't include your vehicle, are you saying that you failed to list it as an asset and failed to list the secured obligation to your lender? If so, you need to consult with an attorney very quickly - those actions could have very serious implications. Frankly, if that is what you did, your vehicle is the least of your worries right now.
