Does bankruptcy removal existing civil judgement liens on real property?

not automatically. You need to file a separate motion to avoid liens, assuming there is a valid basis for doing so.

A bankruptcy does not automatically remove a judgment lien on real property. Such a lien can be removed, in certain circumstances, by filing a motion in the bankruptcy court -- if the lien impairs (reduces) the amount of exemption in the real estate that the debtor would otherwise be entitled to.
