Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Removing a bankruptcy from a credit report
If a person went bankrupt before the law was changed form 7 yrs. to 10 yrs, will he still have to wait 10 yrs. before the the bankruptcy can be removed form his credit report? Is there a grandfather clause? It has been 6.5 years since the discharge of the bankruptcy.
