Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I would like to request an evaluation, with a Christian tax/bankruptcy attorney in the San Diego area, of my financial situation. I have both Federal and State back taxes that need to be filed; $600 per month (since 08/2009)from my pension check has been deducted by the IRS for payment of a $24,000 penalty relating to withdrawal of my 401k funds (for my business which failed) too quickly before age 59 and a half......
My Financial situation is causing a great deal of stress in my life.....
I would appreciate an initial free consultation to determine what can be done to resolve this mess.
Thank You,
Robert S. Stewart
