Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

which scheduals to use

PLEASE...I'm filling a chapter 7 bankrupcy in the state of california, and I have a mobile home mortgage that I don't want effected. Do I still list it and if so in what schedual(s). Also I have a garnishment where is that listed on the scheduals and will it be dismissed when I file.

This is why you really should pay a lawyer to do it right. Take a look at Code of Civil Procedure section 704 regarding real property. There are also exemptions in section 703. You cannot "mix and match." It's either one section or the other, but not both. Good luck!
