Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Under Schedule F of chapter 7 what information do they want about your accounts when it asks for "Date claim was incurred and consideration for claim. If claim is subject to setoff, so state."?

When did you incur the bulk of the charges? No one has ever challenged my use of, e.g., "before 8/06".
