Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
School Loans
I was wondering if I calimed bankruptcy, does that include eliminating the school loan dept. If not, is there a way to incoorporate that into a bankruptcy filling?

Normally student loans are non-dischargable in a bankruptcy case. See Section 532 of the Bankruptcy Code.
