Section C Exempt filed in 05

HI I had a personal B/K filed 10/05 discharged in 2/06. MY vehicle was section C exempt. refects on transunion other bureas incorrect also. B of A not willing to correct.

You can take action in the bankruptcy court or possibly file a separate federal case for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. There is a case out of the 9th Cir., Walls v. Wells Fargo which deals a little with these types of issues.
