I just file chapter 7 and surender 2 properties now someone wants to buy one of the houses can I still sell thanks

No; if you do, you will be in violation of federal bankruptcy law as only the trustee can sell anything in the bankruptcy estate and if you have "surrendered" the properties, then the lender to whom you surrendered them owns them now...
