Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Selling your home.

I was just wandering if there is a certain time limit as to when you can sell your home after filing bankruptcy in the state of California the Central District and it was a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

As soon as the case is closed or the Trustee has abandoned the property. However, beware if you are selling it for a lot more than you scheduled the value on your petition, as it can cause the Trustee to reopen your case (if already closed).
