Set up New DBA is BK not yet dismissed

Hi, I have a ''pending'' BK, that's been on hold now for almost a year.

Question, can I set up a new DBA while my current BK is ''not dismissed yet''??

You are free to set up a new DBA. However you should be careful not to use any of the properthy of the bankruptcy estate to earn money without permission from the bankruptcy trustee.
