signing a cash for key agreement

my husband signed a cash for key but not ready to move need one more month and we got served from sheriff today how can i get one more month

The whole point of cash for keys is you agree to move on a date certain in exchange for payment. If you don't surrender possession on that day, you are not entitled to the cash. Nevertheless, you might telephone the attorney or real estate broker involved in the deal and see if you could work out an alternative plan.
