Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
SOS: complaint objecting to discharge
i am an attorney in southern cal. i have the unfortunate circumstance of being a creditor; i have a deadline shortly to file a complaint objecting to a discharge based primarily on the creditor obtaining loan via fraud. is there anyone out there that has a sample complaint i can review prior to making my own filing in the next day or so?
