Stop Wage Garnishment
Will bankruptcy stop my wage garnishment? If it does, what forms to I use for the Central DIstrict of California? How long does the process take to stop the garnishment?

The wage garnishment is automatically stopped once the BK is filed. You can notify the creditor and your employer by phone with the case number. You have to fill out all the bankruptcy forms. Look in the yellow pages for para legal assistance.
