Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Student Loan Discharges

I would simply like to find references to cases in which student loans have been discharged by bankruptcy in CA within the last four years (since the law was changed in 1998). I am trying to research the circumstances in which student loans have actually been discharged. Thank you. AT

Student loans may be discharged after seven years, if there have been no payments made. A payment plan will not count for the period of the payment plan. Now go check the other guy's web site.
