Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
student loan
I am trying to locate a step-by-step description of how to file an
''adversarial proceeding'' to eliminate my student loan debt. I
understand the difficulty in proving the Brunner test. I just need to
know the steps and forms for filing such a case in conjunction with my
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing.

Re: student loan
You will probably lose as student loans are not dischargeable in BK. You will have to file an answer. There are no forms for this. You will have to go to a law library and try to find a template for the answer.
