student loans Revenue & Recovery
When a person files for bankruptcy can they include a California Guaranteed student loan? Or a revenue and Recovery debt?

I'm not sure what you mean by "include". In any chapter of bankruptcy you must list all your debts and all your assets, so yes, of course, you must include your student loan. I have no idea what a revenue and recovery debt is. Student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy unless you can prove "undue hardship".
