Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
once a subpoena for documents is issued in Bankrupcty court how long do I have to serve it? I am a pro-se litigant and had subpoenas for documents signed and sealed by the BK clerk on Dec.28,2012. I served some, and now need to serve more. Can I still use these? or have they expired and need to be reissued?
