Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Can I sue an attornry if I paid them to file bankruptcy and a year later it was never done?

Absolute Law You can sue anyone for anything. A frivolous lawsuit could result in you're losing the case and being subject to other damages and attorneys fee's against you.
If you're totally clean, you paid in full, cooperated in giving all of the required documents and disclosure to the attorney, and the attorney just walked away with your money....
