Being Sued during Bankruptcy
I am currently being sued by the bank that has currently bought my house in auction because i have not left the property, I have not recieved my discharge yet. What steps do I need to take now?

It depends what you want to do. If you want to try to renegotiate the mortgage, find an attorney who will assist you.
Otherwise, you will have to file an answer with the court and serve it by mail on plaintiff's counsel within 5 days of service of the unlawful detainer complaint. If and when there is judgment against you, you will have to move out.
