Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I'm being sued by the finance company i got a car from. They want $4574.56. I' thinking of filing for bankruptcy. Will that wipe that debt away even though they are suing me me? And i know that i have other stuff on my credit that i owe. So my question is is it a good idea to file for bankruptcy? And are there places that will take monthly payments to pay for the bankruptcy?
