Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Old Tax Debts
I am doing my own Chapt. 7 and am wandering if old IRS tax debts that cannot be dismissed (because they were put on a chapt. 13 that was dismissed after several tries of me not being able to make the payments on time.) and now I was told that these old IRS debts cannot be put on my chapt 7. So when filling out the many forms I have to for the chapt 7, I was wandering if these back taxes have to be listed anywhere on the forms? Like Secured debts etc. Or do they just stay off and are put on hold for me to pay off 6 or 7 years down the road when this 7 is done.
Thanks,
