Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I'm thinking about taking cash out of my credit cards just so I can meet the monthly payments. It's a vicious cycle, take some money out, pay the minimum, and keep paying bills hoping I'll find a job. Will that hurt my future, inevitable bankruptcy?

If you are having trouble meeting monthly payments and you have over $10,000 in unsecured debt, you may very well be an excellent candidate for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Our office can do a full analysis of your financial position and let you know whether bankruptcy would be the right choice. You can visit us at www.mrparkerlaw.com or call our office at 818-334-5711.
It's apparently hurting your present. It's important to understand the implications of the vicious cycle & take a proactive, preventative approach to curtail escalating debt. If there is no realistic intention to repay debt, then credit-use needs to stop; bankruptcy is designed to address the damage that's done and not facilitate further, ongoing damage.
