Time frames for creditors
A BK discharged in '96,is there a time frame in which the creditor either has to pickup the furniture or reaffirm with the debtor ? Can they come back 3yrs later and file suit in civil court for the balanced owed plus fee's? Can you please give me the sections of the Calif Civil Code also please...Thank you

Re: Time frames for creditors
They must file in the Bankruptcy court for any relief they believe they are entitled too. you can get the state court action dismissed.
