It depends on the stage of the unlawful detainer in the civil court. If it's already gone to judgment, then it's just how long it would take for the sheriff to evict you. If the unlawful detainer trial has not yet taken place, it could be a matter of a few weeks or several months, depending, in part, on your defenses and how aggressive and creative your attorney might be.
