Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Unfair preference
I want to know whether in your Bankruptcy Law, there is a concept called "unfair preference" and "fraudulent preference"? It's something about a debtor who treats his creditor unfairly, i.e. make a particular creditor has preference or better than the other creditors. Many thanks!!!!
