Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Unlisted debts
My daughter filed bk recently and has her hearing next month. She failed to list a debt that I have been paying for, since I am the cosigner and did not want to hurt my credit. Also, since her filing, a second debt has come to her attention that was also not listed. What can and should be done at this point so as not to have her bk dismissed?

Re: Unlisted debts
She should amend her schedules to add the debt and serve all appropriate parties according to the local bankruptcy rules of her jurisdiction.
