Will Bankruptcy affect my wife?
I am thinking of bankruptcy. If my debts are discharged can my wife be held responsible for my debts that are all in my name?

Your wife will be responsible for paying your debts out of her community property, but not out of her seperate property. Unless you have a pre-nup or some other agreement, usually most of not all her property will be community property.
