Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I AM WILL TRY TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. wHICH THEY ALREADY SIAD IT WAS TO LATE. SO THEY ARE GOING TO GARNISHED MY WAGES. CAN I GO BANKRUPST FOR THAT REASON.
1 Answer from Attorneys
Bankruptcy will stop the wage garnishment. Whether the debt will be discharged or not depend on all the facts of your case, how much assets you have, how much income you have, etc. Please consult with a bankruptcy attorney.
