Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
After eight years, how do I remove the bankruptcy from my credit report.
It has been eight years, and my BK. is still showing up on my TRW,TransUnion,Equafax.ect. I need to have it removed. What is the process.

Bankruptcy filings are reported on your credit history for 10 years. for some reason, many consumers have the belief that they stay for 7 years (judgments stay for 7 years).

They can keep a BK on the record for 10 years.
