Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Three yrs ago we filed Chapter 13 can we sell our home ?

We are in process of divorce and would like to pay this debt if possible when or if our house sells can we pay off bankruptcy before splitting house funds received? if we can't pay off bankrupcy can we still sell our home not included in bankrupcy?.

I'm not sure I understand your question or facts. Are you still in the bankruptcy? If so, you need court approval to sell any assets. If not, you can do what you want. You should consult with your attorney about this.
