Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have 4 new web businesses launching soon. I have an S corp that I want these new businesses to be all under. Do I just need to do simple DBA for each new site or do I have to do anything at all?

You need to do an assignment transferring the assets (here each web business to the S corp. The IP is transferred separately as well.
