Legal Question in Business Law in California
Additional charges after contract has been signed
After recently purchasing a used automobile the Dealer came back to me asking for a 1 year registration fee. Originaly all I paid was the transfer of the title. Now they want an extra $251.00. Do I legally have to pay the extra money since this was not brought to my attention when the papers were signed or does the dealer have to assume this cost since it was overlooked by them?

You need to read the contract.
You need to read the contract. The obligations and liabilities are spelled out in the contract as far as who pays what.
