Legal Question in Business Law in California
advertising
I have an ad from the internet which states that a dealership has 33 different models of a vehicle that I am looking to purchase. Of the 33 different vehicles 6 are priced at $995 and 27 are priced at $15,000 and up. I called them and was told the ad was incorrect and that and that the 6 ads for $995 are duplicates. I checked the ads and the 6 vehicles all have different discriptions and I.D. numbers. My question; Is the dealership required to honor the advertised price for these vehicles?
