agreement between an advertising agency and a client
What documentation should I have when entering an agreement between an advertising agency and a client for individual projects and agency of record. In other words, I not only need to protect myself (Im the Ad Agency) but I also need to know how to bind them (the client) to an agreement and list out the agreement details (timing, cost, expectations, etc.)
Im sure there are many things I am not considering and want to make sure I cover everything.

You really should sit down with a lawyer and together create a custom form contract that you can xerox and use over and over.
