Would it be legal to open up a dog brothel? I would have neutered male and female dogs that would be used to satisfy other neutered and not neutered dogs. Would this violate any animal cruelty laws or any other laws

I'm not aware there's a law against dog brothels, but I'm sure the Legislature would quickly pass one, right after an angry mob finishes tarring and feathering you.

You have, at best, a P.R. problem in the term "brothel," especially if it's on your signage. Maybe you could call it the "Canine Fun Center" or "Best Friends Puppy Planning Academy."
