Legal Question in Business Law in California
A.O.L. billing
what can be done if someone has cancelled their A.O.L. service and had it confirmed that they no longer had to pay anymore through the phone while talking to an A.O.L. representative and is still recieving a bill for the use of A.O.L. that had been cancelled. Does this type of problem have to be settled trough court because it cant be done through the phone?

Re: A.O.L. billing
Send them a letter by certified mail, return receipt. Keep a copy of the letter. Tell them how much of a refund they owe you and that you insist that they stop billing you. If it doesn't stop, then you can resort to getting a judgment.
